Gosh, it’s June already.Yesterday afternoon I left work at 3:45. Dad likes the bean and bacon soup from Mayberry Ice Cream parlor so I stopped to pick up a take out for him, made a quick stop at the library, then went to Brian Center to give dad his soup while I visited with him. When I finished up there I came home, changed clothes, and Bob and I went up to Zoe’s for dinner.
This morning I finished sorting my parents papers and documents in the two lock boxes I brought over from the apartment and worked on some things at my desk before heading out to mowed the lawn.
For lunch I made sandwiches for Bob, me and dad then took off to the Brian Center with mine and dads. We had a nice lunch and another visit. I did a drug store and grocery store run on the way home.
It’s warm and windy again. We’ve had a really windy month of May and June is starting off the same. The flowers and ground are really dry. We need a good rain again.
