Happy Labor Day. I vacuumed this morning then mopped the kitchen, den, hall, foyer, and hall bathroom floors. This afternoon I worked on reorganizing and clearing the area of the basement behind and in front of the heating unit so Bob and I could assemble the shelving unit we bought yesterday.
In between those chores I worked at my desk balancing both check books and paying some bills. Late yesterday afternoon storms moved in. I managed to grill our ribs and chicken between storms which lasted until around 9 or so giving us another inch of rain.
