The weather folks really missed the forecast for today. It was to be sunny to partly cloudy and a high of 80 again. Instead, rain showers for most of the morning before the sun finally came out but it only made it up to about 70 degrees.
I went to the Y after work then home for a quick dinner before having to to over to moms. Her relief care giver started this morning to give Tanya a week off then tonight a nurse from the long term care insurance was coming to do another assessment. Mom does not do well with change or with strangers so we thought it best that I be there for the nurse visit. Mom is, unfortunately, not doing too well mentally and is very frail. She has better days than others with her mental acuity and late at night she is never real good anyway.
