I am reading the second book inn Lucy Arlington’s A Novel Idea Series, Every Trick in the Book set in fictitious Inspiration Valley, NC.
We had a pretty good rain last night with some thunder and lightening but nothing too bad. The power blinked once but stayed on. Several hundred others lost power. We had more rain again this morning before clearing off this afternoon and turning warm and muggy again. I met my friend Jean for lunch at one of the restaurants uptown.
