We have had a couple of days with temperatures in the mid 80’s and relatively decent humidity. I went to the Y Tuesday night and this evening. I have two more weeks on my Y membership before it expires. Once we get moved I will join the Y in West Jefferson. Until then I can use the little peddling machine I used during my knee rehab.
Otherwise things are still going at a torrid pace at work; the other reason I will not miss the Y too much. I have several projects at work that are physically taxing I need to get completed by the end of August.
