We made another trip down to Winston today arriving at the house about 9:45. Since the yard carts had not been picked up I quickly grabbed ours and filled it full of downs sticks and limbs.
While Bob started working on the spackling the holes in the walls from the bracket mounted shelving I broke down a couple dozen boxes and loaded them into the Trooper. We had a 11am appointment with another realtor. While Bob met with her I took off to dump the cardboard and run an errand on the way to meeting Marcy for lunch.
I was back at the house about 1:30. Bob was almost finished spackling. He packed up the remaining stuff in his lab while I took down all the old curtains and blinds. Bob and the realtor both agree we need to paint everything in the house to get rid of the dog and Bob’s pipe smoke. So, first step will be to wash down all the walls. Bob will have to do the ceilings with the paint sprayer then we will start on walls, doors, etc.
We left the house around 2:45 to head to Costco. Bob returned the PC he ordered online while I parked the car. Then he went back to the car to sit with Colin while I picked up a few things. We arrived back in Sparta about 5pm and stopped at Hardee’s for takeout and headed home.
