This morning we mixed up bread dough and cookie dough. While those were rising/chilling we unloaded a shipment of kit supplies in the garage and did a few other household chores.
After lunch I walked up to visit Bonnie for about an hour. I baked a batch of oatmeal cookie; plain for Bob and chocolate chip for me. The bread dough is now sitting on the cookie sheet after being in the fridge. Rather than baking the dough into two of our loaf pans we are baking these in a round shape on a cookie sheet.
We are having grilled beef ribs for dinner with some of the homemade bread.
