Last night Bonnie and I went to a Christmas music event at the Community Arts Cafe performed by Immigrant’s Daughter, a local Celtic group. The Sharon Fogarty, who plays and teaches flute had several of her students play as a preshow. One young woman, a junior in high school, was very good. After their show Sharon did a solo performance with a piano player with a couple of feature numbers from the Immigrant group followed by their concert. The Arts theater is a small, cozy venue, just perfect for the performance.
This morning I gave Bob a much needed haircut followed by the usual weekly house cleaning chores. I’ve had Colin out to play and taken care of a few things on my desk.
