I thought I had another mouse in the garage. I saw a small dark object flee across the floor yesterday when I went opened the door from the house to the garage. I put out two traps. When I came back home from the gym this morning I went to the other side of the car where I had a new bag of black oil sunflower seed stacked against the galvanized garbage can. There was a tiny hole in the top and eaten seeds all around the bag on the floor. Must be a vole/mole. I baited the two traps that have peanut butter with some seeds and will put out two more with just seed.
We finally went 24 hours plus without rain. Sunny and partly cloudy this morning as I headed for the gym. The radar shows show thunderstorms in the area which may or may not get here. Still a 70% chance of more rain we do not need.
