72 degrees, sunny, and mostly calm when I left for the gym. Warmer today with temperatures in the low 80’s. I left at 2:30 to head down to Winston to run an errand before meeting Nancy and Betsy for dinner at Szechuan Palace at 5 and then head back up the mountain. It was hot and steamy in Winston.
