Al spent today doing domestic chores; changing sheets and washing those plus my bed spread.

    Hi Barbara! Sorry to hear about the spasms, but otherwise, you are making an incredible recovery. I can’t believe how fast it’s going. Great news to get the picc out.

    Earthquakes are no fun. They can literally and figuratively shake the foundations of your world. There is something that feels a lot like betrayal when the ground shakes and the world moves.

    Hang in there! It sounds like you are doing great, no matter how it might feel, you are making progress.
