Al had to go down to Winston for the day. I spent the morning resting. My back spasm as of now are gone. I waited until about noon and felt well enough to do my laundry. I had just finished folding and putting that away when the home health nurse arrived. She did the final assessment and I am now officially released from home health care.
Temperatures in the low 70’s with a breeze but it’s humid. We had an inch and half of rain last night. I think we are supposed to get more rain again tonight.
