I am reading a new Peter Lovesey mystery, Cop to Corpse. Lovesey is another British police procedural author Bob and I both read. His character, Inspector Peter Diamond, is investigating a series of murders of beat cops by a sniper.
Warm today, low 90’s but the humidity was also low or it would have been a lot worse. Some pretty bad storms hit just north of us lat night causing a lot of downed trees and power outages. We just had a short rain shower here.
