Not hot but humid. It was drizzling lightly this morning when I got up but changed to partly sunny by mid-morning. It is warm today and very humid.
Despite having the new large recycling roll out carts we still have an overabundance of boxes and cartons piling up downstairs that we cannot fit in the cart for the every two week pick up. On the Saturday mornings after the cart is emptied on Friday I go down to the basement to flatten and add what came in during the week that Bob has emptied that would not fit. The big boxes are mainly the problem, they fill up the whole cart even flattened which does not leave room for the next two weeks of the small regular stuff we put in the old green big upstairs. We empty it the off week into the cart to keep it from overflowing. SO, this morning I flattened all the big boxes and loaded them in the car to haul off to the fire station.
Otherwise, I have been working on kit stuff. We’ve had more rain and a couple of small thunderstorms this afternoon with more on the way.
