It’s been a mostly quiet day. Al did a few house chores. I’ve been battling back spasms all day.
The weather is 80 and humid. We’ve had clouds, sun, dark rain looking clouds but rain after early this morning. We had storm during the night with thunder ad lightening and another 2 inches of rain.
Rain, rain, and more rain, All the counties around including us are under flash flood warning.
My back spasm are back again today. Al is going to the store sometime today to pick up a few things.
Al has been hanging some of the pictures not damaged from the quake back on the walls.
Believe it or not I had a doctor’s appointment this morning in Winston at 10 an, The appointment was originally this past Thursday but they called me Wednesday to see if I could do this Sunday. He was working in the office by himself seeing patients. He said to me “you have to do what you have to do” and I needed to see my patients,
From that appointment we stopped at the pet store then on to Frances’ and Al’s, She fixed a wonderful lunch of rice and chicken and beef enchiladas. We brought home enough for dinner one night. Then it was back up the mountain and home,
Al and I went to the grocery store this morning to pick up a few things and stopped at Walgreens to pick up a prescription.
He vacuumed the house. I tried to dust but my back still will not let me do much of anything. I’d sit and rest a few minutes than get up and do another little project.
More rain last night. Today is overcast with temperatures in the upper 70’s but muggy. More rain this afternoon and tonight. We are under a flash flood warning.
