Sunny and warm today with highs in the low 50’s and calm winds.
Gym this morning. Went to Donna’s this afternoon to craft along with Wendy and Teani.
Light snow began to fall around 7 this morning. It’s been snowing all day but no accumulation except a little covering on the grass. May get some more tonight. Temps are to drop down into the single digits and we will have those wonderful gusting winds again.
Thanks to DOT here the roads were just wet. I opened the store at regular time. One of our regular customers showed up about half an hour later with a nice donation for me to work on.
Joyce came in at 1:00. We changed out the window and the front table. Had a few customers come in this afternoon.
Sunny but chilly today with blustery winds. Highs in the mid 30’s. We had just a dusting of snow over night and lows were back down into the teens.
The roads were well salted when I left for the gym this morning. Wendy and Donna got here around 11:30 then we left for Elkin for a road trip today instead of crafting. We had lunch at Jersey Mike’s then hit the Dollar Tree and Ollie’s. Picked up a few crafting supplies for myself and to put in the she shed supplies to share with others.
It was warmer down the mountain. We got back home around 3 pm.
Instead of being snowed in I am iced in. Freezing stuff started falling early yesterday morning. It was supposed to be some snow with freezing rain and sleet bur so far all we have had is freezing stuff. About half an inch to an inch with more to come this afternoon.
So I have been in since Monday. I have everything I need and no where I have to be so all is well. Hopefully things will warm up by tomorrow and start melting this mess.
Cloudy this morning with temperatures in the mid 30’s. We had over half an inch of rain last night and this morning. The clouds moved out late this afternoon and we made it into the low 40’s. We have winter precipitation moving in tonight.
I went to the gym this morning. This afternoon went to Donna’s for out usual crafting afternoon.

We had a good day at the store. Steady all day and did over $100.00. Had several donations come in to work on as well.
I went to Donna’s after work for dinner. She made eggplant parm with a side of baked pasta. Yum. Got to play with the dogs for awhile, too.
Cloudy, foggy, and cool when I left for Winston again this morning. We had a few rumbles of thunder early this morning.
This time I had a hair cut appointment and lunch with my Firm friends at Cin Cin Burger Bar. Good food and a nice visit with them.
In between the two appointments I stopped at Home Depot to pick up more bird seed. It was cloudy and cool down there until midday when the sun cam out and it warmed up into the 60’s.
Back home it looked like we had some rain and the sun was out but nothing measurable in the gauge. It’s warm here as well; low 60’s.
