Sunny and breezy with highs in the upper 50’s.
The day started out slow at the store. Then, mid afternoon things went from zero to 100 in less than hour. Lots of sales and several small donations to take care of. We ended up almost at $200.00 by closing time.
Light frost this morning but did not get the few plants I still have in the ground. I do need to pull those up before we get a freeze. Warmed up into the upper 40’s by this afternoon.
A slow day at the store. I did cardiac rehab this morning then went in late. Almost finished with that. We have a couple of small donations come in to work on.
Mostly sunny, breezy, and warm with highs in the low 60’s. We had a light shower sometime early this morning but not much in the way of precipitation.
This morning I drove over to Independence, VA to pick up a few things at Food Cit then came home and changed and washed the sheets.
This afternoon I went over to Donna’s for out usual crafting afternoon.
A nice day with lots of sunshine and temperatures in the lower 60’s with a breeze.
An off and on busy day at the store but not as busy as a usual Saturday. We did make over $100.00. Processed a couple of donations and organized some shelves.
A few showers this morning left over from yesterday’s dreary, rainy day. We only had a total of a half an inch. The sun came out mid-morning and temps rose into the low 70’s. Warm for November.
I did my cardiac rehab and worked at the store. A slow day but we did okay in sales. I helped Joyce change the window and did some odds and end chores between customers.

I went to the gym this morning to walk and run a couple of errands. After lunch I had Friends of the Library meeting then went over to Donna’s to craft for the rest of the afternoon.

Off and on busy day at the store. It was half price paperback day. We did well over $200.00 and had several very nice small donations to come in to work on. A lot of out of town visitors up for the day or the weekend. Great for the local economy.

I worked a couple of hours at the store, went to my PT, then back to the store. This morning I helped Joyce change out the book display on the front table before I left. She was busy while I was gone and had a few more customers come after I got back. We did go over $100.00 for the first time on a Wednesday in awhile.
Mostly sunny today but cool with temperatures in the mid 50’s and a light breeze.
The guys came this morning to fix the furnace. They put in the new part and found a very small broken part that was causing the antifreeze for the AC to leak. Should last at least another year.
This afternoon I went over to Donna’s for crafting afternoon. Good time and nice to visit with friends. I have started a new project that may take a couple of sessions to finish.

A good day at the store. Steady this morning. This afternoon more in and out in spurts. Mostly out of town folks which was great for the merchants on Main Street. We did well over $100.00. Not donations which was unusual.
