Mostly sunny and warm with highs in the low 70’s and breezy.

A slow day at the store with folks still doing flood recovery. I took my midday break to go to cardiac rehab then back to the store.

Thankfully, I had an alternate road to Jefferson since my usual route is blocked due to the road caving in from a landslide. It’s about the same distance so no problem there.

Partly sunny today with highs in the low 70’s. Hopefully no rain but a chance this evening. A lot of towns in the surrounding counties have been completely destroyed by water and downed trees. Our county had several low lying areas completely washed out. The end of the state was hit really hard.

I spent hours yesterday picking up brush and limbs for James to haul off. I did some more light cleanup this morning then went over to Donna’s this afternoon to craft.

Off and on showers all day long. Thunderstorms last night and early this morning brought another two inches of rain. Temperatures in the mid to upper 70’s.

I worked at the store until noon then left to drive to Jefferson for my cardiac rehab then back to the store to work until closing. We had a fairly slow day but did okay in sales. We had two huge donations come in to sort.

A tropical low came on shore and moved through the state all day yesterday. I ended up with a total of five inches of rain for the 24 hour from Monday midnight through midnight last night.

Today is mostly sunny with temperatures in the low 70’s.

I worked two hours at the store then left for my cardiac PT then back to the store until closing. We had a moderately busy day though did not make over $100.00.

Cloudy with light drizzle this morning with a low in the mid 60’s. Clouds hung around all morning but we never did get any rain. Sun came out this afternoon. Breezy all day with highs in the low 70’s.

A busy day at the store but it was either no one was in the store or it was crowded with customers. We made over $200.00 with several big sales in the mix.
