Sunny and warm today with highs in the low 60’s and breezy.

I went to the gym this morning then the library and grocery store. Picked up a few extra items for the pantry. They had lettuce but not my milk again. The quart Moolah brand has a long shelf life so I always buy extra when they have it. But today, they did not 2% in half gallon or quart of any brand. I picked up a yellow squash to fix with my crock pot chicken for dinner tonight.

Otherwise, not much else going on.

41 degrees this morning. It’s warmed up into the low 60’s with a breeze.

I washed and vacuumed the car. Then I put all the flower pots away and swept out and tidied up  the garage, filled the bird feeders and swept off the front porch.

A few indoors chores for this afternoon but otherwise that’s it for today.

Sunny and cool today with temperatures in the upper 50’s and breezy. Freeze warning tonight. I pulled the mum on the edge of the porch up to the side of the house and will cover it with a towel.

The bookstore was busy most of the day. We had a good day in sales cracking the $100.00 ceiling. More traffic than the sales represent. It was mostly out of town tourist in today with some that come in and walk through but do not buy anything.

The bookstore was moderately busy with mostly out of town visitors. We almost broke the $100 ceiling in sales but that was due to a couple of big single purchases.

I worked outside this morning. Dumped all the flower pots and pulled all the annual out of the ground. They were all looking pretty sad except for one or two but with the chance of frost this weekend those would most likely get bit. I trimmed down the Rose of Sharon bushes then washed out all the pots and put them in the garage to dry.

I went into to town to the library then met with my financial advisor for our yearly investment strategy discussion. From there I went to the bank and the drugstore and back home.

I was at the bookstore today. We were moderately busy with several customers in town for the day to see the leaves changing and enjoy the fall like weather. We did make a little over $50 which was a good day in sales for the middle of the week.

Today is cool with temperatures in the low 50’s, sunny, and breezy with 10 to 15 mph gusts.

I went to the gym then ran several errands including the grocery store. They did have my milk and lettuce which is all I really needed. I did pick up a couple of pantry items while they had them in stock.

This afternoon I changed the sheets and did a few odds and ins. Otherwise no much else going on.

II left for Winston late morning to run a couple errands. I finished those then had time to grab some lunch before my 2 pm appointment for my cataract surgery consult.

They examined my eyes, dilated them to check the pressure, and set up my two appointments for the right eye and three weeks later the left eye.

Left there around 3:30 and headed back up the mountain getting home around 5. Long day.
