I am taking a vacation day today. The new mattress is supposed to be delivered this afternoon. I stripped the old one this morning and Bob and I parked it in the hallway. Then I left to get the oil changed in the HHR and do the grocery shopping.
Of course, I knew Bob was going to want to keep the old one, his argument being we may need one down here when we move and need to stay overnight here in the process. We have an air mattress we could use for that purpose…but I gave in for now. We moved it downstairs but we have to do some major cleaning up and rearranging to get in put up against the wall and out of the way.
Yesterday was a nasty, cold, rainy day. It was 50 degrees when I went to work and 40 when I left the Y last night. Today has been cloudy and damp but no rain. It’s supposed to be 65 degree’s but I don’t think it will make that unless the sun comes out later this afternoon.
Bob has kit stuff for me to work on this afternoon.
