This morning I ironed and did the weekly house cleaning chores. This week is our turn for bulky item pickup for the large household type items that cannot be put out for the trash during the rest of the year. We only had a couple of items. As we were hauling the old grill out the front door a guy with a pickup stopped and asked that if we were tossing it could he have it. Bob helped him load it into his truck and off it went.
After lunch I met Frances, Al, and my parents at the place where they have one of those storage rooms. Theirs is inside a climate controlled building. We spent three hours sorting stuff for a yard sale, stuff to toss, etc. I had an old CRT monitor in the Trooper that Bob was going to put out on the curb. Instead I told him I would drop it and a couple of other things off at Goodwill. Since they were not open on the way over I decided I might as well wait until after we did the storage place in case they had stuff to go too. Turns out they had an old CRT monitor as well as a couple of things of theirs I could drop off which I did on the way home.
I’m grilling beef ribs to eat with pasta salad for dinner. It’s back to warm weather again. Today is high seventies but very breezy, up to 21 mph.
