Warm and sunny today with highs in the mid 80’s and breezy.

Held down the fort again at the bookstore. Busy, busy day. Donations came flooding in the door first one right after the other. In between I was busy with customers who were all big spenders. The afternoon was not as busy but still did not get all the books processed. Broke the $200.00 ceiling easily after all was said and done.

Things are dry so when I got home I watered everything in the ground and the pots on the porch. Done for the day.

Mostly sunny and warm today with highs in the low 80’s and breezy.

I had an appointment this morning to have my tooth implant installed. Soft and cold foods for today then no chewing on that side for two weeks. Then watching what I eat on that side for three months. At that point I will getting the crown and the end to the process.

So, taking it easy for the rest of the day.

Mostly sunny all day until about half an hour ago. Temperatures were in the high 70’s today and not as breezy. We have a light shower falling now but doubt it will amount to much.

I manned the fort again by myself at the store. Busy most of the day. Almost broke the $200.00 ceiling but a good day all around. Lot’s of folks in town for various events going on in town plus regulars with family visiting.

Warm and sunny with temperatures in the low 80’s and wind gusts around 15 to mph.

I had to hold down the fort by myself today at the store. All the volunteers are out of town for the weekend. It was very busy this morning and the early afternoon. As is usually the case with our customers they were very patient when I was trying to help folks find books and waiting to pay. I broke the $200.00 ceiling so a great day all around.

Sunny and breezy today with highs in the upper 70’s. May get some thunderstorms later this evening.

An off and on busy day at the store. Several good donations came in to work on. We did not break the $100.00 ceiling but had a good day in sales. Lots of folks up to escape the heat in the flat lands.

Hazy again today and sunny with temperatures in the low 80’s.

I decided to drive over to Galax, VA to pick up some things I needed from Wal-mart. A few food items and some odds and ends household things.

Found most of what I was looking for. Not much else going on this afternoon.
