Mostly sunny today with temperatures in the upper 70’s and breezy.

I did take the trash bag out to the street this morning.

This afternoon I changed the sheets and did a few odds and ends in the kitchen. Other than that not much else going on.

I cleaned the sinks and toilets in the two upstairs bathrooms and took down the shower curtains to wash with the load towels.

After I did my exercises and iced the knee I went out to fill the bird feeders.

That’s about the extent of the days activities other than another round of exercises or two and icing.

Tornado activity all around the area last night but thankfully I only had heavy rain totally another 2 inches or more before the storms moved out sometime early this morning.

Today is sunny and warm today with temperatures in the low 70’s. We may get another round of rain showers late this afternoon or early evening.

I did walk out to the mailbox this morning and filled the bird feeder. Pratt stopped by with a library book but otherwise it will be a quiet day.

The plan for today was for me to walk out to the mailbox this morning now that I am on the cane.

However, the weather is nasty with rain, fog, and chilly temperatures. So, my neighbor texted me she would get my mail in for me which was very nice of her.

PT is coming later this afternoon.

Chilly today with temperatures in the low 60’s. Very foggy this morning but now the sun is trying to come out.

Amanda, the PT supervisor, came this morning to take the staples out and put on the steristrips. I then transitioned from the walker to the cane. We walked around in the house several laps then did my standing exercises at the kitchen island.

While I eating lunch I had a baby rabbit walking along the natural area in front of the porch from the woods side. As long as we have lived here I have never seen any rabbits. It did not stay long before it turned around hopped back along the porch and out of my sight from the window so not sure where it came from.

James is mowing today because he is going out of town tomorrow for the weekend.

Cloudy with rain, heavy at times today. So far I’ve had almost an inch for the day.

The refrigerator repairman came this morning. He replaced the sensor. As he said; hopefully that will fix the problem. If not, it will be something in the electronic board. We will know in a couple of days if the fridge temp gets and stays above freezing.

PT came this afternoon. We had a good session.
